+

My parents were going to pay for my college and dental school for me to be a dentist.
After graduating from high school, I left to make it on my own, and I asked that my friends not be told of my decision, because they might try to talk me out of it.
+
So, I left Fort Thomas, Kentucky and moved to the low rent Over-The-Rhine area of northern downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
During the week, I looked for jobs in the high concentrated businesses of downtown Cincinnati.
After 2 business weeks I could not get a job, even washing dishes at Frisch’s, for there was a recession going on.
On that Friday evening, I was walking along in upper downtown Cincinnati with no change in my pockets, and I walked into a phone booth!

Once I was in the phone booth, I noticed a tract on the shelf!
I didn’t know what a tract was, though I Was baptized by immersion, after I knew Jesus, The Lord Of Lords was raised from the dead when I was 12 years old, took The Holy Bible they gave me then and read a chapter a day with any cross references cover to cover with only The Holy Ghost to interpret the Holy Scriptures to me, and I kept myseíf and a number of my classmates morally in line, instead of living like poo poo.
I took the tract back to my room in the Over-The-Rhine area.
Have you ever read something that had truth in it, and it seemed to jump out to you?
This is what happened when I read the Christian professional folded over piece of paper that tells you how to get Saved from going to Hell.
My back was against-the-wall and things weren’t going the way I wanted them to.
I prayed hard to God, The Father and asked Him to forgive all of my sins (wrong doings); He knew I was sincere, and He let me know He forgave me even though I didn ‘t actually feel anything!
Immediately after this, I prayed hard to Jesus Christ (The Lord Of Lords) to come into my heart, as soon as I did this, Jesus Christ came into my heart and for the first time in my life I actually felt God!
I read about God before and heard about God before, but this is the first time this happened; I felt The Holy Ghost start at the top of my head and come all the way down and covered my feet!
It was so wonderfully overwhelming that I cried, even though I had played football and boxed in high school.

God our Savior showed us how good and kind He is.
He saved us because of His mercy and not because of any good things that we have done.
God washed us by the power of The Holy Spirit.
He gave us new birth and a fresh beginning.
God sent Jesus Christ our Savior to give us His Spirit.
Jesus treated us much better than We deserve.
He made us acceptable to God and gave us the hope of etenal life. Titus 3.4-7 (CEV 1995)

5 years later Jesus, The Lord Of Lords appeared to me in a vision with A Flaming Whirlwind next to Him!
I was aware of my surroundings, alert, and wide awake.
Jesus, The Lord Of Lords and The Flaming Whirlwind were above some and toward the front of me!
The Flaming Whirlwind eventually withdrew in disgust of me and Jesus, The Lord Of Lords stayed and looked at me with deep concern until the vision ended!
I found out later that I was involved in sin, that I didn’t think of as sin, even though it was in the Holy Bible, which I had read years before but it was not registering in my mind, as it should have been.
That sin I stopped and asked God‘s forgiveness for.
How loving and just is our God!
“As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Revelation 3:19 (NKJV)

5 years later in 1977 I was at the lowest part of my life.
On an afternoon I cried out to God to help me and nothing happened until I arrived home.
After entering the home Jesus, The Lord Of Lords came into the living room!
I knew His presence even though I did not see Him, and His love was greater there than all of the people that have ever loved us put into one split second!
Jesus, The Lord Of Lords has a sense of humor and He cheered me up!
Even though they were not told, Peter, James, and John knew that it was Moses and Elijah when The Lord Of Lords was transfigured (Matthew 17.1-9. Mark 9:2-12. Luke 9:28-36).

And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in Him.
May your roots go down deep into the soil of God‘s marvelous love.
And may you have the power to understand, as all God‘s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love really is.
May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it.

Later in 1977, I was reading the greatest commandment, and it finally got my attention for the first time.
Why wasn’t I taking necessary time in my prayers to love God with the different parts of my being and why weren ‘t the churches and even famous preachers telling us how to do it?
After starting it and at times using spirituaí waffare to do it, I sent a letter to the twelve churches in Fort Thomas, then to all of the erected officials of Fort Thomas, and later to the Fort Thomas Living magazine [and is in this website], which they published for the Fort Thomas residents my edited letter.
From one of the church’s prayer meetings it went national and was talked about on the 700 Club.
I went to 100 to 200 churches to plant the seed to obey God‘s greatest commandment.

Later I wrote the book How To Love God More, which is in this website, and includes some of the Miracles that occurred while practicing loving God with all of my heart, soul, mind, and strength.

In the spring of 2014 some proud man, in a church that has “love Jesus” as part of its slogan, told me no one can obey the greatest commandment, and I told him before the people that I and others are living proof that it can be obeyed, and God is a loving and just God and would not give us a command too hard for us to obey it.

It is true that we live in the world, but we do not fight from worldly motives.
The weapons we use in our fight are not the world’s weapons but God‘s powerful weapons, which we use to destroy strongholds.
We destroy faíse arguments; we pull down every proud obstacle that is raised against the knowledge of God; we take every thought captive and make it obey Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (GNB)
So if you break the smallest commandment and teach others to do the same, you will be the least in the Kingdom of Heaven.
But anyone who obeys God‘s laws and teaches them will be great in the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 5:19 (NLT)

In 1983 I lost my only son, in what appeared to be the longest fought custody battle in the nation at the time.
While on the interstate, I bellowed in my car where I could not be heard.
I did not ask for them, but the boys in the neighborhood came and visited with me whether it was sunny, icy, snowy, or raining, for one year — every, single day!
It was God, Who sent the children to make up for the pain.
The more you love God, the more He will love you.

On October 17, 1985 in the ER at St. Luke Hospital in Fort Thomas, I went into ventricular fibrillation.
The doctor shocked me with the paddles and beat me on the chest but to no avail.
After six minutes I was a different color, and a man in training for a fire department, who was in this Blue Room prayed for me in Jesus Name!
As soon as he said this prayer, I opened my eyes and said, “What’s going on here?”!
The man’s name was John Fangman (Slack), whom my mother held back in the fifth grade.
He came to my hospital room afterwards with Glenn Shmitt from American Airlines, who he and his wife helped me for a year afterward.
The last time I talked to John Slack he was in Idaho with his own large family, and was getting ready to be a medical Christian missionary in Sri Lanka, and John has since passed on.
The doctor after this helped the poor in Central America and passed on in an airplane crash.
Years later, a hospital found out about me and asked me to be a volunteer chaplain; after praying later, I accepted.

And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne, and the beasts, and the elders: andthe number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; saying with a loud voice, Worthy is The Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and gíory, and blessing. After the emergency room, I was moved to the intensive care unit for a week.
The nurses would come in and turned tapes over and changed tapes of the entire New Testament, read by Efram Zimbalist, Jr., who passed on in 2014.
The head cardiologist Holmes walked into my room and told me that I should be in a pine box, and that I was retired (from the business that I owned for 14 years).
During the over 4 weeks in the hospital, I had lost a third of my heart.
When I stepped out of the car to go into the house on that December day, an animal made a comforting sound like gnawing on wood.

That next morning after I sat down to breakfast at the kitchen table, there were birds on the branches of the apple tree that came up to inches from the kitchen window to the kitchen table [that I am now typing on].
A bald eagle landed on the apple tree branch that came within inches of the kitchen window!
I called the Cincinnati Zoo and told them about it.
Miraculously the other birds did not fly away nor did the bald eagle attack at the other birds!

For if the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward; how shaíl we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by The Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard Him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of The Holy Ghost, according to His own will? My life had changed.
For a year l didn’t drive a car.
During this time I went to the famous Cleveland Clinic for awhile, and Glenn Schmitt with American Airlines made a special trip and wheeled me onto the airplane.
Instead of going up the stairs at home, a church brought in a daybed and put it in the dining room.
As I lay there, I could basicaíly only see the sky and the trees through the 2 front windows.

One of the trees was a large sugar maple tree.
One of its limbs came toward the dining room.
A not full grown squirrel sat on that limb & looked at me for a long time about everyday.
Sometimes it would just lay on its stomach with all four paws dangling in the air looking at me.

My heart had a relapse in June of 1986.
Instead of starting all up again in bed, I decided it was best to walk outside in the fresh air of the front porch and lay on a lounge chair with my pajamas on.
The porch was 90 feet from Highland Avenue, and the people in Fort Thomas were considerate while I recuperated for months outside.
As soon as I walked out on the front porch to lie down, a red cardinal hopped up to me.

I wanted to do something for it, so I went inside and got it a peanut.
This, in tum, continued off and on thru the day.
Later, in the day there was a blue and white splash on the concrete porch, and it was a blue jay, which did not seem to know how to land on a hard surface.
It quickly grabbed the peanut and flew across the street and dropped it in a bush.
The blue jay thought the red cardinal and l were playing a game, and the blue jay did not know the peanut was to be eaten, too.
I used to like the sound of the blue jays in California and here.
The blue jay kept playing and later went and brought a few more blue jays to me.
They would fly by and take the peanut in my hand as well as hop up and take it from my hand.
The cardinals and the blue jays were polite and did not poop on the porch.

The squirrel, that had looked at me for months in bed, came up on the porch and ate out of my hand and would bring me a walnut.
When it rained the bugs would not come into the house, so, I would open the front door and lock the screen open, the cardinals and the blue jays would come in the house, and the squirrel would come in and sit on the daybed where I was lying down.

People would come and visit me, too.
Never before had the wild animals taken a loving compassionate look at me, let alone come to be with me, until this time!
Pictures were taken of a trusting squirrel with me.
Other species came to see me later, and occasionally still today, of which I could write a book about.
The so-called scientists are wrong about things in their textbooks about the wild animaís.

I worked my way up to walking 2 miles.
I was told not to run, even though I was known as a fast runner, but I used an excuse to run between intersections, even though I was not supposed to.
One day l was driving up Cincinnati on I-71, and a policeman, whom I did not know, pulled me over.
He got out, told me to stop running, got back into his cruiser, and left without saying I did anything wrong with my driving!
I stopped running between intersections.

“Rebellion is as bad as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as bad as worshipping idols.

On May 20, 2014 in Florence, KY, a young man was telling me about Jim (“Eefee”) Vorhees and what a super football player he was.
I told him that we both went to the same high school and university.
[Years earlier] Eefee was explosive on the field as a running back.
His coach at Western Kentucky University, was Jerry Glanville, who became head coach of the Houston Oilers and later the Atlanta Falcons.
When Coach Glanville came to play the Cincinnati Bengals, he would honor Eefee Vorhees by having him come over and sit on the bench with his team [during the game].
Eefee lost a substantial part of his heart like I did.
I said to Eefee that he needed to work his way up to walking up to 2 miles a day for his heart to live.
Eefee said he didn’t want to rest for two hours or more restoring his heart resting after his walk.
He decided not to do the cardiac walk, and he died.

I tore the cartilage in my left knee, and after examining it, Dr. Michael O’Brien in Southgate, Kentucky wanted to do orthoscopic surgery in the knee.
The chief surgeon of a hospital told me personally not to do it because of my heart; I told him that all they were going to do is go in with a small camera and cut away part of the cartilage of my knee; and, he said no. I was not able to do my cardiac walks as I needed to.

I met David Whittle in a small church in Bellevue, Kentucky.
He had fought a bear with his bare hands and defeated it, even though he got scratched.
He was a bouncer at the ‘Fort Thomas Pub before he got saved.
He told me there was going to be a prayer meeting on a Friday and Saturday night in the upper room of the Fort Thomas YMCA and asked me if I wanted to come.
I told him to go ahead on Friday night, and if it was any good l would go.
He said it was good, so I went on Saturday.

The meeting was held by a state policeman and his wife who lived in Hamilton, Ohio.
Toward the end of the meeting, they asked if anyone wanted prayer, and I went forward.
I felt the presence of The Holy Spirit, The Helper, The Counselor, The Spirit Of Truth!
I told them about my knee and told them about other ailments, including my heart.
The wife got down on her knees, praying for my knees, while the husband stood behind me, praying for me with his hands on my shoulders; while they were praying a man from the Fort Thomas area came up to me and said, Jesus loves you; as soon as he said this, I received a new knee cap!
lt felt like plastic.
When I got home there was something tearing into my new knee cap, like a calcium deposit or bone spur.
I asked God, The Father to remove whatever it was, and He did!

I went and saw Dr. Michael O’Brien 10 days later, and he told me I was healed.

Paul Shwartz was Jewish and a friend of mine.
He married my Dad’s secretary.
+
The first time I met Paul was in the 1970’s at an interdenominational charismatic prayer meeting in Fort Thomas, I felt The Holy Spirit, The Helper, The Counselor strong there, and I felt refreshed like out in the country.
Paul was not a Christian and was there with his lovely and graceful wife, Judy.
Later Paul got saved.
Paul became a strong Christian.

Paul and’Judy became members of a growing independent church on the other side of Northern Kentucky in Florence.
Miraculous healings were taking place at this church, because the people wanted to please God, and they sincerely and joyously welcomed The Holy Spirit, The Helper, The Counselor!
There was a road in Florence that had the same name as the pastor’s last name, and a woman hit a bear with her car on the same road.
John Fangman and Glenn Schmitt were members of this church, as well. Paul and Judy would drive from Fort Thomas to this church daily and pray for me at 6:00 AM.
Paul, also, would come and see me in the hospital.

I was making a courtesy call to this church for what it had done for me.
I got there after the Sunday morning service had started, and Paul Schwartz was still in the foyer from passing out church bulletins.
He asked me how I was doing, and I bluntly told him that the MRI had found an aneurysm in my brain.
He proclaimed, I denounce it in the Name of Jesus Christ!
I got an MRI after this and the aneurysm was totally gone!

God Himself showed that His message was true by working all kinds of miracles and wonders.
He also gave His Holy Spirit to anyone He chose to. (Hebrews 2:4 (CEV)

I went to see a retired pastor in Owen County, Kentucky.
When I left his house, the sky had darkened similar to the sky in Cecil B. Demille’s 1956 The Ten Commandments.
I headed East toward 1-75. Finally on 1-75, when I got to 1-275, looking just northward there was a giant, beautiful, full rainbow over the exchange area.
As l was heading eastward onto 1-275 to Fort Thomas, I didn’t say anything, but I thought, wouldn’t it be nice to drive through a rainbow!
As I passed Route 16 and started down the hill, cars were pulling off the road onto the shoulder (on both sides of the interstate!) taking in a big, thick rainbow with its top sitting on the bridge ahead!
I momentarily thought about doing the same as the others, but, no, I went ahead and drove straight through the magnificent and dazzling rainbow!
God knows all of our thoughts.

For The Father loves The Son and tells Him everything He is doing, and The Son will do far greater things than healing this man. You wïl be astonished at what He does. John 5:20 (NLT)

In 2008 a woman came downstairs and rang the doorbell of my apartment.
Her husband was in trouble, and when I entered their apartment, his eyes were closed, he was turning blue-grey, and his jaw was locking up.
I told her to call 911, and l yelled at him to try to wake him up, but he was in a coma, and he wasn’t coming out of it.
I did the most powerful thing that I knew what to do and that was to pray for him in the name of Jesus!
As soon as I prayed, his eyes opened, and he lived!
The EMS life squad arrived afterward.
It was my Lord Jesus Who healed him, and I am His child.

In April, 2011, the wise-guy chief heart surgeon of a hospital in Cincinnati, cut open my sternum, put in two by-pass arteries, and cut out two inches in diameter aneurysm out of my heart.
Afterwards, not before, he told me that a number of his patients have A – fib and that the top of the stenum never heals back, but leaves an upside down triangle opening under the skin.
In addition there was a power-crazy egotist on his staff, who among other bad things, blatantly insisted I lift weight beyond my personal recovery, and, wow, my sternum split open; so much for recovery.

In November, 2011, I went to a different hospital, Christ Hospital, and had a detailed 256 CT scan done, which showed from top to bottom, in addition to the top triangular opening, that my sternum was open by 5 mm, and because of the length of time already, may never heal.
There was a higher chance of infection, and my mobility was considerably lessened.
+
In the fall of 2012 my upper back hurt.
I called the large orthopaedic center in Edgewood, Kentucky, and surprisingly they were booked solid for awhile, and the first opening they had was in a different office in Southgate, Kentucky, which I immediately took.
+
I did not know what was wrong with my back until the doctor took the X – rays, which showed my back was broken in 3 places.
I was still mobile, though in pain, and he ordered a bone scan, which was completed the next week.
The bone scan showed problems in darkened areas, not only of the back, but as expected, the sternum, as well.
The doctor then ordered a CT scan nearby for the next week, which I changed to the more comprehensive 256 CT scan at Christ Hospital for comparative purposes.
The day after that CT scan, I picked up the CT scan results in medical records & called the radiologist who read it, and he was to call me.

I took the report home and Sang the Doxology; and, when I finished singing, ” . . . Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.”, the phone rang and it was the radiologist, who told me that the three breaks in my back were totally healed!
He also, told me that my sternum was now totally healed solid, as well!
Not only that but God wanted no question that He miraculously healed me within the past week, for the upside down triangle opening at the top of the sternum He miraculously made solid!

I could have gone ahead and canceled the scheduled appointment with the orthopaedic doctor, but I brought the CT scan discs with me and witnessed to the doctor and his staff, instead.
Out of the about a half a dozen offices of this orthopaedic group God sent me to this office for these things.
This was the very same office where Dr. Michael O’Brien knew about the miraculous healing that Jesus, The Lion Of The Tribe Of Judah did to my left knee around 20 years earlier!

Children, you belong to God, and you have defeated these enemies.

Hey Phil,
It’s amazing to marvel at God’s timing isn’t it!
You sent me your testimony,
and it sat in my email inbox for over a month.
It was on my to-do list,
and I wanted to read it,
but I just hadn’t made time to.
The day I finally did read it
(which by the way I really enjoyed and thought it was very powerful),
I thought I should send this to my dad.
My dad fell off his roof around 20 years ago and broke his neck.
The doctors weren’t sure if he would live,
but if he did he would be nearly completely paralyzed.
God worked a Miracle back then, healing my dad so that he could walk again and also have partial use of his arms!
I still believe Yahuwah [Abrahamic Hebrew Name for GOD] will restore him completely one day.

About a week before I read your testimony for the first time,
my dad fell while cutting the grass and broke his elbow.
He went to the ER and they told him he’ll need to see a specialist.
He had a few different options and he booked his appointment at an office down in Southgate.
His sister drove him there,
since he was unable to at the time,
and she mentioned that a friend of her husband practices at that office,
a guy by the name of Dr. Michael O’Brien.
While in the waiting room my dad noticed a picture of O’Brien and pointed it out to his sister,
but didn’t think much else of it at the time.

This was the same day that I read your testimony for the first time,
and after reading it,
I emailed to my dad with a short note.
My dad doesn’t check his email very often,
so needless to say I wasn’t expecting a quick reply.
But for whatever reason (the prompting of The Holy Spirit),
my dad decides to open up the computer and get on his email after returning home from the doctor’s office.
He proceeds to read your testimony and is floored when he sees the name Dr. Michael O’Brien.
He calls me later that day to tell me this story.
This experience reignited my dad’s fire, to Yahuwah [Abrahamic Hebrew Name for GOD] be the glory!

Dr. Michael Domet is the ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) surgeon,
who tested my hearing in a hearing booth on December 7, 2012,
after I had noticed a hearing loss in my left ear.
Unfortunately, the test showed substantial hearing loss in the left ear,
starting from a high dive injury.

Dr. Domet tested my hearing in a hearing booth, again,
on November 5, 2014,
and my hearing in the left ear had substantially improved!

Dr. Domet admittedly exclaimed that he had nothing to do with the hearing coming back.
After vocally giving GOD the credit in front of Dr. Domet and his staff,
that afternoon of November 5, 2014 my bone on bone right knee,
which orthopedic doctors want to replace by surgery,
became dramatically better and for the rest of the day only!

I surprisingly walked up a steep hill fast like I did decades ago!
In a little while the sky was covered with dark clouds,
the wind began to blow,
and a heavy rain began to fall.
Ahab got in his chariot and started back to Jezreel.
The power of THE LORD came on Elijah;

I, also, went for my walk that night,
which I was not able to do that morning nor since Monday of last week when my right knee was damaged,
and I increased the walk from 2 weeks before!

I was shopping at Walmart for groceries,
and when I was about to grab my apple jelly a man looked at me and asked,

who was not supposed to make it past preschool and will be entering third grade this year!
Everyday I wake up to my wonderful I thank God for another day with my family and everything around us!

I know miracles exist.
When I was 15 and a young boy with no care in the world a tragedy hit my life.
I decided to go out with my brother,
who was 11 at the time.
I crossed the street,
and he ran across a minute later.
From the distance I could see him lifted in the air do to a drunk driver hitting him.
I ran over to him and picked him up and carried him like an infant to the front of my driveway.
He was lifeless.
Once I let him down to check him,
a gasp of air came into his body and he began to moan.
At this point it’s a good sign in my mind with the horror I just witnessed.
The man drove away with no care for what just happened.
My brother was rushed to the hospital and was in a coma for 2 weeks.
He suffered many broken bones and some brain damages.
The doctors told us it was a 50/50 chance he could live.
He awoke and like the fighter he is,
learned how to walk and regain his power rather shortly.
After 2 months in the hospital,
the miracle arrived at my front door if him alive wasn’t enough.
The doctors released him on my birthday.
It was a sign that he was going to be alright and I believe that to this day.
As of now his brain damage is gone,
and he is working at a career job with a bachelor’s degree in New York City.
I cried myself to sleep for years due to my guilt but to see him strive and become the man he is now is because of his power and determination and also God.
I’m not one of the best religious men in this world,
but I’m forever thankful to God for what happened.
He might of gave us the greatest gift of all in life,
and Him saving my brother gave me back my life as well.

I have been aware of God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit since my childhood.
I got baptized in the early 80’s.

One night in 2010 I had a dream that shocked me.
I was in a well lit room;
the walls were a white opaque glass.
I could see figures walking about behind the white windows,
although i could not make out any detail of the figures.
In the middle of the room,
the floor had a stepped down area.
A low table was in the middle with a seat on one side and another across the table.
On one side was seated a brown reptilian creature covered in scales.
and on the other seat I was sitting,
facing the creature.
With perfect English,
the creature asked me one question, “Who’s side are you on?”.
When I told him that I am for Jesus Christ,
the creature became extremely upset,
shouting profanities at me,
he told me he was going to destroy my life,
take everything I have,
take my family from me and kill me.
I then heard a noise come from my right,
I turned to see what made the noise,
then the creature jumped up and lunged for me.
But, in an instant,
several white glowing figures ran into the room and grabbed the creature.
They literally drug the creature off,
while the whole time,
it screamed and yelled at me.
A moment later I was in a different room,
darkened room with blue walls.
I stood in front of a wall with many ancient weapons hanging on the wall.
A different voice asked me, “Will you fight for me”?
To my left stood a figure that looked like Jesus.
I answered yes. then He said,
“Choose 2 weapons from the wall”,
so I did.
I chose a sword and a mace.
I asked The Lord to bless the weapons.
While I held the sword,
it began glowing a very bright white light.

Then I awoke from that dream.
I was afraid I was going to die soon,
and go fight for The Lord.
Well, the creature kept its word.
In 2011 I lost my job of 13 years.
A relative in Alaska promised me a job there in Alaska.
So I downsized my possessions and moved four thousand five hundred miles to a new job.
When I got there and reported to work,
they told me they could not hire anyone.
I became upset and frightened for my future.
My unemployment compensation had just run out.
While there in Alaska,
my most dearest family member (my mother) was diagnosed with lung cancer.
Then two weeks later as she laid in a hospital bed,
she passed away.
At this point,
I was very distraught.
A couple weeks later I found another job back in Kentucky.
They hired me over the phone,
but I had to report in person to work in one week.
I had to sell off my remaining belongings to fly back to Kentucky.
Once back in Kentucky,
I reported to work.
But just as before,
I was told they just laid people off.
So they could not hire me.
So, I all but gave up,
when a few days later,
they called me and asked if I still wanted the job.
Of course I said yes.
2 months later I was in a vehicle accident.
I had to have two surgeries to repair my right leg.
So I was off work for months before the doctor released me to go back to work.
Then my boss told me,
they gave my position to someone else.
So again,
I was unemployed.
Since 2011,
I had lost three jobs,
my mother,
the rest of my family moved thousands of miles away,
lost my 2009 automobile,
along with all my belongings,
was injured,
and had to have surgeries.
At this point,
all I owned was the shirt on my back.
I had given up at this point.
I even wrote a letter explaining why,
to who ever cared.
But an idea popped into my mind…to turn to God for help.
So I said a prayer,
a long sincere prayer asking for forgiveness,
and for help.
I told God that I put my life in Your hands,
do as You will.

Ever since that prayer,
everything turned around,
friends started coming out of the woodwork offering help.
I was offered a new job,
was able to buy a cheap used car,
got a place to live,
started accumulating things I had lost,
bought a real nice vehicle,
banked some money,
and now going to school and starting a new business!
How about that for proof of Gods love.
Hallaluya!
Oh, not to mention, I have been having numerous religious dreams,
many with angels in them.
And God spoke to me directly in person one day,
He said,
“No one touches you but Me”!!!

A fairly large lump developed this week in my left armpit and made it hard to move my left arm.
I Prayed to JESUS To Heal it,
and it Was Reduced to no lump this week with no other care!

From where does my help come from?
My help comes from The LORD, WHO made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1b,2 (ESV)

THE HOLY SPIRIT Told me to move to a city about 750 miles away.
After HE Told me,
I drove a 75 mile round trip to take a friend to see my landmark.
On the way back my bones ached,
and my car was being blown around.
I needed faith In JESUS, my SAVIOR,
to drive 10 times that amount,
just one way.
+
Without any help from my friends here on earth,
I Obeyed,
got in my car & prayed to GOD,
and began to drive to a place I had never been to.
JESUS actually Encouraged me to drive the distance.
That morning the clouds moved down and over,
then the rain and winds came.
The trucks on the Interstate were being blown about,
but my car was not being blown around and steadily moved forward by the Power and Grace Of JESUS!
When I got to the city,
which THE HOLY SPIRIT Told me to go to,
750 miles away,
to do the preliminary for my new home — my health was substantially better than when I had began the trip,
and I knew this was the second Miracle on this journey done by JESUS!
(When I safely returned to my older home,
my health became surprisingly as bad,
as when I left a few days before,
which JESUS Proved further,
that it was HE that Had Helped me with the destination to the new city.)
JESUS Proved that HE Wanted me to make the move to the new city.
I can do all things through CHRIST WHO strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 (NKJV).

I first went into the new city’s downtown with its skyscrapers.
There were church chimes playing Hymns similar to what I sing on Pages in this site.
It was loud enough for the office workers in the city to hear,
and it seemed that everyone loved it, as well.
This Music was a surprise and lifted me.

Also, before my meetings,
I drove to the neighborhood that I was to move to and the Heavenly atmosphere about it is similar to the international Creation Museum,
Answers In Genesis,
complex in Petersburg, Kentucky.

Chelsie, a 19 year old nursing student virgin,
who looked like a model and had a knack for packing boxes for moving,
helped me quite a deal.
One of her favorite songs for years is “I Can Only Imagine” by Mercy Me.
After her job,
she worked extra hours helping me;
and, when I offered her money for the help she was giving me,
she refused to accept any.

Around 7:55 PM on March 19, 2016 AD, Saturday,
while I was lying in my bed GOD, THE FATHER substantially and supernaturally Strengthened my body!
But those who trust in THE LORD will become strong again. Isaiah 40:31 (ERV).
It was a powerful feeling,
and it was HIS preparation for my packing the truck with Richard, Ed, and Chelsie and the coming subsequent one thousand five hundred mile round trip alone in the large Penske truck
(& the days later unloading the truck & unpacking into my new home)!
[And GOD, THE FATHER Has Strengthened me for subsequent years afterward! Chaplain Phil Osborne ✝]

When I had moved before,
I hired former criminals,
whom, when I met,
loved JESUS.
I tried one of the same Christ-centered successful agencies,
where I got my work crew before this year for the move.
None of their residents were qualified for the move,
but they kept in contact with one of their former residents, Richard,
who used to work for a moving company,
who now lived in the Over-The-Rhine,
which was the murder capitol of the United States some years ago
(In the first Testimony on this Chapter One,
you can later read about what happened in Over-The-Rhine [the lower rent district in Cincinnati] decades ago on the first part of the Testimony).
His friend, Ed, was a level headed married man,
with a full time job,
whose day off happened to be on a Monday,
which was the best day to start the move.

Days earlier,
I tried to get a crew that would not cost me $70/hour to unload the truck in the new city.
On Monday morning, 3/21/16 when I left to rent the truck,
I had no crew to unload the truck 750 miles away.
But with faith I went on,
for I knew with evident proof GOD Wanted me to move to the new city.
The truck cab had no room behind the seat,
so what I would personally need for the days ahead was placed carefully on the passenger seat and its front floor.
It was crowded and there was no room to take any person with me.
The cab was high up,
and I sat as high as the cabs of the main 18-wheeler trucks.
Richard and Ed were happy to meet me.
While the crew were loading the truck,
I received a phone call from a pastor of a church in the city I was moving to — he had 2 men to meet me at my new home for Wednesday morning, 3/23/16!

Richard and Ed loading the truck did such a fine job,
placing the load like a puzzle put together,
that they got everything in,
so that I would not have to make 2 round trips.
Even Chelsie came over and helped load the truck for 2 hours before she took a jet to Florida that evening;
because of her helping out,
the truck was packed by sunset.

I started the main drive the next morning on Tuesday, 3/22/16.
I listened to the radio for about 4 minutes for the entire trip,
for I spent much of my time Praying and Fellowshipping with GOD.
Many truckers live a rough life on the road.
There was nothing on the rented truck nor on my clothes identifying me as a Christian,
but when I stopped at the truck stops,
strangers, a number of times, would rush ahead of me and hold doors open for me even though I was not carrying anything.
On the road when another cab would be next to mine,
truckers would wave a friendly, “Hi”, to me.
THE SPIRIT WHO lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. 1 John 4:4b (NLT).
The scenery was spectacular from high up in the truck cab.

I was met the next morning with the 2 men, Allen and Joe, and Joe’s wife Kathy, and she helped, too
(there were 3 other men who wanted to help me unload,
who let me know after I started the drive on Tuesday,
but they were really not needed and have never met them).
Everything was moved out of the truck that day,
but they were late to church.
They were loving and came over to me and each gave me a hug good-bye.
Over the past number of weeks,
I paid my indebtedness to that church in full.

Because I obeyed GOD,
wonderful things have happened to me since moving into the new city — thanks to HIM.
+
May The GOD of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in HIM,
so that you may overflow with hope by the power of THE HOLY SPIRIT. Romans 15:13 (NIV).
Divine Intervention

After 3 decades of battling alcoholism,
the hangovers,
the sickness,
the impulsive behaviors that come with drinking such as getting in a car with someone I didn’t know.
Waking up in places not knowing if I was even in the same city!
Often no memory of what took place the night before.
30 years!
In the last 5 years I got to where I cried out for mercy to God,
to take away my affliction.
I cried and prayed many times in the morning after being drunk,
while terribly sick from my binge drinking,
and even got alcohol poison a few times.
I kept praying and crying out,
but I started sowing seed in my life,
such as reading the Bible,
and praying still on the good days that I had and not only in my misery.
+
April 3rd 2016,
I woke up sick as a dog.
It was Good Friday,
and I am not even aware of the Holiday because I was that sick.
Prayed and cried out.
Following morning I could feel that demon alcohol was finally gone.
Everything was different!
The burden was lifted,
and it even felt like the marks were still there,
but the burden was gone!
The affliction of alcoholism was healed.
The significance was of Good Friday and the morning after about Jesus.

I didn’t have to fight cravings anymore,
my anxiety about alcohol was no more.
I was set free by The Holy Spirit.
I sometimes would pass a stranger and smell alcohol and think to myself,
“If not for the grace of God…there go I”.
+
I get tears just writing about it.
I had been living in fear of my drinking and countless hangovers and still could not overcome.
I went to a thousand AA meetings and four rehab attempts over the years.
I made many attempts to stop drinking and could not.
In fact,
I feared that I would never be able to quit drinking and either die an early age (44 now),
or a slow painful and miserable death such as some of my family members have done.

It was Divine Intervention.
It was so profound and parallel to the Easter weekend,
I was in awe and saw the writing on the wall so to speak!
It made a believer out of me.
Now I love The Lord and often say the Psalm 23 to myself then listen for that still small Voice.

All I can say is I believe it was Divine Intervention!

Dear Phil,
The work of God through others.
I have always believed God works in mysterious ways and most of the time when we least expect it.
In 2014 my dad suffered a major heart attack right before my eyes and was soon after diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
After a triple bypass and numerous stints throughout the following two years I never thought my dad would be able to be “normal” again,
and I wished every day that he would wake up and be fine.
After his latest appointment last month the cardiologist informed us my dad’s heart is now working at a capacity that could never be expected and can now stop wearing his portable defibrillator!
His heart went from a 30% capacity to 45% in less than six months!
I remember thinking this cannot be possible.
I felt my worries lift off my shoulders and the warmth of my faith surrounded me right there in that doctor’s office.
The stress I had been used to became unbearable.
I am my dad’s only child and we have no other family.
I am also a 22 year old,
so as my dad’s care taker the thought of losing him was not an option.
I believe the work of God as this is just one instance in my life I have seen Him turn things around!

Neuropsychological Evaluation.
I was a passenger in a motor vehicle collision with a second car.
Highway 99 & 21st St in Pawhuska.
I was thrown from the vehicle,
out of my passenger side window,
approximately 130 feet South and approximately 64 feet East of the area of impact.
I was life flighted after the crash.
+
I had loss of consciousness and do not remember much about it after impact.
My mental status had cleared by the time of discharge.
The CT scan of my brain showed no obvious intracranial abnormalities,
remaining imaging showed no acute traumatic findings.
I had multiple contusions and abrasions,
but no significant injury.
The MRI study of my brain was consistent with a concussion with soft tissue injuries.
I was then diagnosed with a post traumatic brain syndrome,
headache and memory disturbance.
I was normal on neurological exam,
but had suffered a closed brain injury.

This is not an easy testimony to tell, however,
since my meet and greet with Jesus, I’ve had several strangers “Angels” come to me in the most bizarre, unexplainable ways!
I can not deny that God is very real and He is protecting me without a doubt.
I didn’t think the world was ready for what truth of real life experiences have shown me, time and time again.
Until today!
I went to a store after gaining my results.
Anyway I’m strolling thru that store very slowly.
My mom, Marshanna, turns to me and says, “Let’s find the chap stick”.
The worker beside us turns and says, “Chap stick is on this isle.
Sorry I was ear hustling”.
My mom replies,
“Ask and you shall receive”.
Some other stranger man comes around the corner and asks,
“Do you believe in Miracles?”.
She says,
“Yes, sir and points at me.”
I instantly break into tears.
(Sand Springs) He asks, “Why?, What has God done for you?”.
I explain my situation and proceeds to tell me that God sent him to that store today.
If that doesn’t grab you by your heart and tug,
let me know so I can pray harder for you and let you in on many other experiences I’ve encountered.
I want to thank you all for your prayers,
patience and reading my not so in depth story.
It’s so bizarre,
but many strangers have come forward and reminded me that THAT is confirmation He is real and He is here.
He did tell me it wasn’t my time to come home,
and He sent me back to this Earth.
That’s why I’m so angry that He sent me back to this evil Earth,
I finally broke last night, cowered down, literally on my knees and ask Him for forgiveness for my stubbornness.
I ask Him to take lead of me,
and have me will His way,
not mine because clearly my way isn’t right.
Ya see,
He sent me back to reveal that He is very real and help spread the word.
It’s happening people!!!

The first song I came across in Testimonies and Miracles was “He Came To Me” by Squire Parsons.
It is one of only two songs that stopped me dead in my tracks and caused me to pull my auto over and rejoice.
I had been a Pastor for a couple of years and this song brought me back 20 years to when I first surrendered my life to Christ.
What a joy to realize that when I was such a mess, Christ came to me.
I am forever humbled.
My life’s verse is Psalm 17:15.

It was not long she was playing it for me and I would sing it at church.
It became my most requested song for a while.

How could He give His life in payment for mine?
I wanted to tell my family.
I wanted to tell my friends.
I wanted to tell the world that Christ has Risen and would come again one day.
Little did I know that I would be privileged to speak in different countries [Austria, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and Switzerland] and many of our States.
I have seen many people come to Christ over the years.
I have seen mental Healings and physical ones,
even though many do not believe that happens today.

but be of good cheer.
I have overcome the world” Christ said.
I believe that and Christ is living in me,
so I am an over-comer and by faith,
I can do all things through Christ.

Beyond ISIS,
there is a woman who wanted JESUS.
She lived in (Islam) Somalia (one of the worst places to live in the world).
She had been raised Muslim, and she had to flee her home,
because Muslims murder converts to Christianity.
She was worried — “Then she felt a hand on her shoulder”. [Page 9] “She looked behind her, but no one was there.”
She knew it was JESUS!

I have not told anyone this before:
years ago I was Praying for my son,
and JESUS Put His Hand on my shoulder;
there was no one behind me,
and I knew it was HIM!
HE Comforted me with HIS Concern, and HE Cares!

“Do you believe in miracles?”, I was asked one day.
I said “Yes, because I am one!”
I was asked to tell my story.
Ten years ago on May 14,
I was on the surgeon’s table with colon cancer.
It had gone to my liver and was in 15 of 28 lymph nodes.
After this 3 1/2 hour surgery,
my doctor said my gall bladder had to come out too,
so after 7 1/2 hours I went to ICU.

I did the Chemo thing and was through by Thanksgiving.

I had two good doctors in Dr. Douglas Foster, my surgeon,
and Dr. Stephen Buck, my oncologist
and the GREAT PHYSICIAN, our FATHER In Heaven.
When you have the cancer diagnosis,
you wonder “Am I going to die?”.
I haven’t so far and have had so many blessings in the past ten years.

I have five grandchildren now, three born after my cancer.

Every year at Thanksgiving,
I have sent my doctors Thanksgiving cards,
thanking them for being a doctor and celebrating however many years off the table and out of Chemo.
Each day I usually see something of GOD and thank HIM.
I enjoy seeing the stars and moon at night,
the birds and wonderful plants and things of GOD’s creation and know HE loves me.
