Sing a new song to The Lord!
    He has worked miracles,
and with His own powerful arm,
    He has won the victory.

Psalm 98:1 (CEV)

I know what you have done and how hard you have worked.  I know how long you can wait and not give up.  I know that you cannot put up with sinful men.  I know that you have put men to the test who call themselves missionaries.  You have found they are not missionaries but are false.

 You have waited long and have not given up.  You have suffered because of ME.  You have kept going on and have not become tired.

But I have this one thing against you.  You do not love ME as you did at first.

Remember how you once loved ME.  Be sorry for your sin and love ME again as you did at first.  If you do not, I will come to you and take your light out of its place.  I will do this unless you are sorry for your sin and turn from it.

Revelation 2:2-5 (NLV)

This great Song, “My JESUS, I love Thee”, is included in part in the Steve Green’s “SAVIOR Medley” above.

My JESUS, I love THEE, I know THOU art mine;
For THEE all the follies of sin I resign;
My gracious Redeemer, my SAVIOUR art THOU;
If ever I loved THEE, my JESUS, ’tis now.

I love THEE because THOU hast first loved me,
And purchased my pardon on Calvary’s tree;
I love THEE for wearing the thorns on THY brow;
If ever I loved THEE, my JESUS, ’tis now.

I’ll love THEE in life, I will love THEE in death,
And praise THEE as long as THOU lendest me breath;
And say when the death dew lies cold on my brow,
If ever I loved THEE, my JESUS, ’tis now.

In mansions of glory and endless delight,
I’ll ever adore THEE in Heaven so bright;
I’ll sing with the glittering crown on my brow,
If ever I loved THEE, my JESUS ’tis now.

  1. People should love God more, because He will always be there for you and will never forsake those who love and obey Him.

  2. We should love God more because He is our Father;
    we are His children.

    He adores us.

    It is His work and His glory to bring to pass our immortality and eternal life [God’s people must learn to endure. They must also obey His Commands and have faith in Jesus Revelation 14:12].

    He gives us life and breath and agency to live according to our own wills.

    But, oh, how much He longs to bless us as we do His will rather than our own!

  3. People who love God, The Father and Jesus show more compassion and caring for others. They accept others who are different, because that is what Jesus taught.

  4. People who love God more will honor that love and put it into practice by being nicer to one another. ♥️

  5. People should love God more because He created us and knows us before we were even made. He is the one deserves the praise everyday.

  6. 3rd Verse of “Be THOU My Vision”

    Riches I heed not, nor man’s empty praise;

    THOU mine inheritance, now and always;

    THOU and THOU only, first in my heart;

    O KING of glory, my treasure THOU art.

  7. Many people don’t like being alone. You never are alone with God on your side!
    Trust in Him and he will lead you to salvation.

  8. Harriet Whitesides wrote from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary,
    “One of the greatest needs here is for people in the churches to remember their first Love.

    Intellectuals and rationalists live by the thousands.

    There are so very few who really exemplify a life of prayer and holiness.

    ‘No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what GOD has prepared for those who Love HIM.’ [1 Corinthians 2:9]”.
